TOEFL is abbreviation for Test of English as Foreign Language
It evaluates the success of an individual to use and understand Standard American English at a college level. It is required for non - native applicants at many colleges and universities, and about the test it contains 4 parts:
Reading:3 passages and 39 questions, for 60 - 90 minutes
Listening:6 passages and 34 questions, for 50 - 60 minutes
Speaking:6 tasks and 6 questions, for 20 - 30 minutes
Writing:2 tasks and 2 questions, for 55 minutes
It means the test will be for 4 hrs and half
A TOEFL score is valid for two years and then is deleted from the official database.
